Section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 authorizes the Town of Milton to collect any personal information in your communication or presentation to Town Council. The Town collects this information to enable it to make informed decisions on the relevant issue(s). If you are submitting letters, faxes, e-mails, presentations or other communications to the Town, you should be aware that your name and/or submission(s) may become part of the public record and may appear on the Town's website.
