Proposal: The purpose of the local official plan amendment is to amend the Town of Milton Official Plan to replace the current Institutional Area designation with a site specific Residential Office Area designation and to permit an increased residential density ranging between 100 and 290 dwelling units per net hectare. If approved, the applicant proposes to develop two (2) condominium apartment buildings containing a total of 219 residential units with retail/office uses on the ground floor.
