Proposal: The Town of Milton has requested that the Zoning By-law be changed to replace the current Institutional Major (I-B) Zone to a site-specific Secondary Commercial (C1-B*_) Zone, currently applicable to the property. The purpose and effect of the zoning amendment is to add the following uses: Upper Floor Dwelling Units, Art Gallery, Artist's Studio, Commercial School - Skill, Commercial School - Trade, Office Uses/Office Building/Medical Clinic and Personal Service Shop on the subject lands.
