Proposal: The proposed amendment to the Town of Milton Official Plan and Zoning By-law is to amend the current Agricultural Designation and A1 Zone to a site-specific Open Space Designation and Open Space Zone (OS*_) to permit a proposed cemetery and related ancillary uses including a crematorium. Please note this application is subject to a Regional Official Plan Amendment which is being reviewed by the Region of Halton.
