Location: Part Lot 8, Concession 2 NS (Trafalgar) 1055 Bronte Street South
Proposal:  The purpose of the Local Official Plan Amendment application is to amend the Town's Official Plan to include the commercial gross floor area (gfa) that has been anticipated in the Boyne Survey Secondary Plan in advance of its final approval.  Whereas the Boyne Survey has been approved by Town Council, the Secondary Plan has yet to be approved by the Region of Halton.  The effect of this proposed local official plan amendment will allow the development of a commercial plaza totalling 9,356.55 m2 of gfa.  The purpose of the Rezoning Application to permit the development of commercial plaza on the subject property.
