Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review Underway

Work on the Zoning By-Law Review was initiated in October 2010.

In June 2011, an informal Public Information Centre was held at Town Hall regarding the Town's Zoning By-law Review.

In September 2011, we hosted a Public Information Centre to review and discuss the release of the first draft of the new Comprehensive Zoning By-law and provided attendees with an update of the proposed changes.

DRAFT Release - Comprehensive Zoning By-law

The Town of Milton has completed Phase 2 of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law review process. The Second Draft of the Zoning By-law is now available for review and comment:

Members of the public are invited to provide input at an Public Information Centre hosted by Planning and Development Department on:

6:30 - 8:00 pm

The purpose of the Information Centre is to informally hear public comment on the proposed DRAFT Zoning By-law. Please note that the Zoning By-law is in DRAFT form only.

Any interested person may make a written submission regarding the DRAFT Zoning By-law prior to Wednesday, June 13th, 2012.
