The Milton Community Fund program was established in 2001 to distribute a portion of the funds received from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (Mohawk location) for the benefit of the community.
The Affiliation Program enables the Community Services Department to offer supplementary support for local organizations working for the benefit of leisure activities in the community. Affiliation status is available through an application process to not-for-profit, volunteer-based organizations and service clubs who provide and support leisure activities for Milton residents.
There are a wide variety of leisure activities and lifestyle services offered by businesses, groups and organizations in Milton.
