Volunteer Applications
- Please complete the appropriate volunteer application form. If you are under the minimum age requirement, you will need to fill out a printed copy and have it signed by a parent or guardian before submitting the forms. Printed copies are available at Town facilities.

- Confirmation of Acceptance Form
- Depending on the type of volunteer position, you may also be required to attend an interview, participate in training, provide references or complete a criminal record check. Upon acceptance into the program, volunteers will be required to sign the Town's Volunteer Waiver.
- Submit printed forms in person at a Town facility, or by fax as noted on the left of this page.
