Guide Distribution

Due to growing interest in online information access and to be more environmentally-friendly, Community Services Guides are no longer being distributed to households. Instead, guides are available as follows:

  • Town registration centres:
    • Milton Centre for the Arts, 1010 Main St. E.
    • Milton Leisure Centre, 1100 Main St. E.
    • Milton Seniors' Activity Centre, 500 Childs Dr.
    • Milton Sports Centre, 605 Santa Maria Blvd.
  • Town Hall, 150 Mary St.
  • Milton Public Library: Main Library, 1010 Main St. E.
  • Milton Public Library: Beaty Branch, 945 Fourth Line

Program Registration

Registration Dates

Registration for non-residents starts two days after the dates noted below:

  • March 25: Art Programs, General Interest, Fitness/Sports, Summer Camps
  • April 1: Swimming Lessons

Registration Start Times

  • 6:00 am: Internet/automated phone registration starts: 905-875-5400 or 1-800-418-5494, ext. 2430
  • 9:00 am: Walk-in registration starts at Milton Leisure Centre, Sports Centre, Seniors’ Activity Centre, Centre for the Arts (opens at 11:30 am)

Registration for fall and winter 2013 - 2014 programs will be available in thefollowing ways:

Tax Receipts

Please keep your program confirmation receipt to use as your official tax receipt. Need another copy? Sign in to your online account and select the following:

  1. The name of the registrant you would like the receipt for
  2. History
  3. Email receipt

Receipts for programs taken within the last year will automatically be sent to the email address listed in your account. For more information, call 905-878-7252, ext. 2440.

Online Features

New! Post-dated Online Payments

Post-dated online payments are now available for summer camp program registration. When selecting your child's camp of choice through Milton Online Registrations, enjoy the flexibility to "Schedule Payments," and set up a transaction schedule that is manageable for your family.  

Account PIN and Barcode

First time registering? Set up your account - in advance! Get your account PIN and barcode numbers for family members for online/telephone registration as follows:

  • Visit the Milton Online Registrations page and select "Request an Account." Complete the online form and “Submit Request.” After two business days, click “Sign in,” followed by "Forgot Password," enter your email address and press “Send” to have your account barcodes/PIN numbers emailed to you.

  • Visit a registration centre (listed above). Your account will be activated immediately.
