Ages: Memberships/passes are available for those 14 years and older.

Admissions Sales: Begin 30 minutes before program start time, first come, first served.

 

Consult with your physician before starting any exercise program.

Notes:

  • Please wear proper running or walking shoes and athletic clothing while participating in fitness programs.
  • All programs are located in the fitness studio, unless otherwise noted. 
  • Please bring your own mat for Mind Body Flow classes.
  • Sign in at Customer Service before entering the program; entry tags are required.

Annual pass holders receive:

  • 25% discount on registered fitness programs (does not include older adult programs at the Milton Seniors' Activity Centre)
  • Fitness Centre orientation

There are no cancellation fees for annual pass holders.
