Walking/Jogging Track at the Milton Sports Centre

Added in 2011 as part of the Centre's expansion, the walking/jogging track at the Milton Sports Centre offers an ideal venue for engaging in one of the easiest ways to stay active; just 30 minutes of brisk walking or jogging each day may help improve your mental and physical health. Walk or jog to your heart's content! A full-year membership is only $5. (1 km = five laps.)
