The Town of Milton is pleased to introduce a walking/jogging track at the Milton Sports Centre, added this year as part of the Centre's expansion. The track offers an ideal venue for engaging in one of the easiest ways to stay active; just 30 minutes of brisk walking or jogging each day may help improve your mental and physical health. Walk or jog to your heart's content! A full-year membership is only $5. (1 km = five laps.)
In December we achieved our fitness goal of walking, running or jogging around the world! Laps around the Sports Centre walking/jogging track were recorded on a monthly basis and got us one step closer to reaching our goal of travelling around the circumference of the world. Thanks to everyone who came out to the Sports Centre to get moving!
