Thank you to everyone who joined the active revolution and got involved in Milton's third annual Move More, Milton month. Particpants committed to at least 15 minutes of activity each day and tracked their progress online to help us surpass our goal and achieve 90,169 minutes of physical activity.

Added in 2011 as part of the Centre's expansion, the walking/jogging track at the Milton Sports Centre offers an ideal venue for engaging in one of the easiest ways to stay active; just 30 minutes of brisk walking or jogging each day may help improve your mental and physical health. Walk or jog to your heart's content! A full-year membership is only $5. (1 km = five laps.)
In December 2011 - just under five months since the track opened - we achieved our fitness goal of walking, running or jogging around the world! (Laps around the track were recorded on a monthly basis.) Thanks to everyone who came out to the Sports Centre to get moving!
