Seniors' Activity Centre Programs and Workshops

Registered Programs

Participate in a wide variety of registered active living and general interest programs, designed to suit many areas of interest and promote healthy minds and bodies. Program offerings include Clogging, Hawaiian Dancing, Tai Chi and much more! 

Drop-in Programs

Enjoy the flexibility to drop in to a wide variety of programs when you're free, both individually or with friends.  Engage in active living or general interest programs in a fun, social setting.

Workshops and Clinics

If you are interested in attending a workshop or clinic, please sign up at reception one week before the start date. Staff will need to cancel the guest speaker if there are not enough participants.
