Trips and Tours

Helpful volunteers can be found in the Trips & Tours Office every Monday and Wednesday morning. As the seats on the tour buses are sold very quickly, often weeks ahead, please book early to avoid disappointment. Fall/Winter 2011/2012 catalogues are available in the Trips & Tours office.

Cancellations

In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, as a participant, you are responsible for payment of the trip in full. If there is an existing waitlist for the trip, the program convenor will attempt to fill the cancelled spot. You will receive a full refund only if the program convenor is able to fill the spot. We appreciate your understanding.
