Milton VelodromeThe Milton Velodrome is a 250-metre oval cycling track with banked corners and 1,500 permanent seats. Milton Springers Gymnastics Club ExpansionSince 2003, the demand for gymnastics programming in Milton has exceeded capacity levels available at the current facility at the Milton Sports Centre. The expansion will improve program delivery in the current gym and create space for new classes. |

Milton Education VillageThe Town of Milton is actively engaged in a project called the Milton Education Village (MEV), with the goal of bringing a university campus to Milton. The MEV will be a comprehensively planned , 400-acre integrated neighbourhood that will include a university campus, student housing and residential developments, research/business park with emphasis on cleantech programs, and commercial supporting services. |
Bruce Street StudyIn June 2011, the Main Library and library administration, previously housed at 45 Bruce Street and 407 Pine Street, moved to a larger facility with the completion of the new Milton Centre for the Arts. This relocation presented the opportunity to consider alternative uses for the two buildings, including services for youth, seniors and not-for-profit organizations as well as modified library services and other potential options. |

Milton Sports Centre ExpansionThe Milton Sports Centre Expansion reached completion in November 2011. The expansion includes two new ice rinks and seating, competition and leisure pools, elevated walking/jogging track, double gymnasium, multi-purpose space and an expanded concession area. |
Nassagaweya Tennis Centre & Community Hall(Formerly Campbellville Community Centre)The Nassagaweya Tennis Centre & Community Hall project included full reconstruction of the building, tennis courts, parking areas, landscaping and passive open space areas. Facility rentals and Town of Milton recreation and arts programs became available to the public in October 2011, following the completion of the newly redesigned facility. | |

Milton Centre for the ArtsThis state-of-the-art facility is located at the southeast corner of Main Street and Thompson Road. Performances, shows, exhibts and programs began in summer 2011 and the official opening celebration is scheduled to take place in January 2012. |
16 Hugh Lane RestorationThe restoration of historic 16 Hugh Lane was completed in June 2010 with the assistance of the Government of Canada through the Community Adjustment Fund; the official opening celebration took place on December 10, 2010. The property contains a simple two-storey brick building that was built in 1886 for Edmund Booth (1829 - 1902), who was born in England. | |

Town Hall ExpansionThe expansion project consisted of a 50,000 square-foot two-storey addition (Town Hall East) designed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) criteria and renovations to the historic Town Hall (Town Hall West). The two buildings are connected by a glass walkway which houses the Milton Walk of Fame. |
