Central Station
405 Steeles Avenue East, Milton
Central Fire Station was built in 1977 and assumed by The Town of Milton as its new Central Fire Station where it has since operated successfully.This station is the headquarters of the department and houses the Administrative Offices, Communication Centre as well as the Fire Prevention and Public Education, Training and Support Services Divisions. Dual role full-time staff supplement the part-time staff responses from this station.
Station No. 2
2665 Reid Side Road,
Campbellville
The new station No. 2 opened June 22, 2003. In the event of an emergency, 19 part-time firefighters respond to emergencies from this station which is also shared by Halton Regional Emergency Medical Services and Halton Regional Police Services.
Station No. 3
7500 Derry Road,
Milton
Station No. 3 officially opened February 6, 1982 and is currently manned by a full-time suppression crew 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A full-time complement of 20 firefighters and a part-time complement of 19 firefighters respond to emergencies from this station.
Station No. 4
405 James Snow Parkway at Waldie Avenue
Milton
The proposed Station No. 4 comprises 10,500 square feet and will primarily serve the Bristol Survey area, while providing support to increasing call volumes in Milton’s urban core. Station 4 will be a composite structure fire station whereby in the foreseeable future it will be staffed by a full-time day crew, Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This station will also be supplemented by part-time firefighters who would be on call 24 hours/day.
