Facility and Sign Rentals
The Town of Milton has a wide range of facilities available for rent to suit a variety of occasions. From small gatherings with just a few people, to large gatherings with up to 300 guests, we can accommodate your social and business needs - both indoors and outdoors. Choose from the different types of facilities available for rent, including meeting, activity and banquet rooms, as well as auditoriums, gymnasiums, sports fields, ball diamonds, ice rinks and swimming pools.

The Town of Milton Facility Rentals Guide is a new publication, providing a complete description of all rental facilities, including amenities, and information on alcohol service, block bookings, sign rentals, insurance and much more. This publication is available at most Town facilities:
Last Minute Book & Save Facility Rental Program
Take advantage of space available at Town of Milton facilities with "Last Minute Book & Save" by booking rentals on short notice at a 50% discount. Refer to your Facility Rentals Guide for more details.
Party on the Ice, in the Pool or in the Gym
Celebrating a special occasion and looking for a unique setting for a gathering? Reserve one of the pools or the gym at the Milton Leisure Centre, or book space at one of the rinks at Milton's three arenas.
Municipal Outdoor Sign Rentals
The Town has a number of signs available for advertising upcoming activities and events in the community. Choose from a variety of locations in high traffic areas:
- Chris Hadfield Park (Milton Visitor & Community Information Services)
- Main Street and Ontario Street
- John Tonelli Sports Centre, Laurie Avenue
- Milton Leisure Centre, Main Street East
- Milton Memorial Arena, Thompson Road
- Milton Seniors' Activity Centre, Childs Drive
- Milton Sports Centre
Booking Deadlines/Details
Submit a completed Municipal Sign Request Form. in advance, according to the
timetable below. Notification of signage allocation will take place one month
after the request submission deadline.
