Commit according to your own timeline. Sign up for a 90-day, 30-day or annual fitness pass for classes and/or the weight/cardio room. Register for a set number of registered fitness classes or try our pay-as-you-go and drop-in options.
Choose from a variety of morning, lunchtime and evening classes. Experience cardio, aquatfit, strength training and mind/body flow options. Explore our pre- and post-natal programs as well as opportunities for parent-and-child fitness. Try our therapeutic programs as well as classes specially designed for those 55+. We have a workout that will be “just the right fit” for you!

Join fellow sports enthusiasts for adult basketball, parent & child basketball and volleyball.
