Development Review

The Development Review section manages all applications for land development, including subdivision, Municipal Plan amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plans and condominiums, as well as being responsible for the Town's urban design program, community planning and staging of development.

The Development Review section is also responsible for:

• Committee of Adjustment (Consent and Minor Variance Applications)
• Processing and releasing all securities held by the Corporation for development applications
• Administration and information on all aspects of the Zoning By-law
• Commenting on all Niagara Escarpment (NEC) Development Permit & Amendment applications
• Registration of Plans of Subdivision and Condominiums, and related agreements
