Boyne Survey
The Boyne Survey Secondary Plan Area is the last of three planned residential areas of growth being implemented as part of the Halton Urban Structure Plan (HUSP).
Business Park II
The Derry Green Corporate Business Park (Business Park II) is the second of two planned employment areas being implemented as part of the Halton Urban Structure Plan (HUSP). The Business Park II will accommodate the majority of the Town’s future employment land growth.
Sherwood Survey
The Sherwood Survey Secondary Plan concerns the second of three areas of growth being implemented as part of the Halton Urban Structure Plan (HUSP). The survey impacts residential growth located to the west and southwest of the existing urban area.
Recently Completed Projects
Sixteen Mile Creek SUS
Released in January 2000 the Sixteen Mile Creek, Areas 2 and 7 Subwatershed Planning Study (SPS) study provided the environmental framework to facilitate the pending land use planning studies supporting Milton's growth plan.
Street Renaming/Addressing Review
In partnership with local emergency service providers the Town of Milton is implementing a series of street name and addressing changes to eliminate confusing street name or addressing information for emergency services.
