Stay home and stay safe

The Town of Milton Recreation Team is committed to maintaining the health and wellness of residents, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re using our website and social media platforms to virtually help individuals and families manage their physical and mental health while social and physical distancing.
Our team has developed virtual resources for all ages and abilities to keep you active. We have a variety of video's from some of our instructors where you can learn to make playdoh, lava lamps, or participate in activities.
Be sure to check back often as we continue to add new content.

Town Programs:

Friendly Call Program: Enjoy weekly calls from staff and volunteers to help ease the loneliness that seniors may be experiencing, especially those who are isolated.

Seniors Centre without Walls: Join staff from the Milton Seniors’ Activity Centre each week by telephone to participate in programs with other older adults in the community.

If you know of someone who would benefit from either of these programs, call 905-878-7252 ext. 2755
