Milton received three development proposals for the Old Milton area:

  • 28 and 60 Bronte St. N. – Files Z-07/18 and LOPA-05/18
  • 446 Pine Ontario Development Ltd. – File Z-05/17
  • 248 and 250 Martin St.

28 and 60 Bronte St. N

Vue Developments submitted an application to develop two high-rise residential towers with 435 units. The application includes an Official Plan amendment and Zoning By-law amendment to allow increased height limits and high-density residential use on the site.

Current status

These applications are currently under a technical review by Milton staff and commenting agencies. After we’ve reviewed and received agency comments, we will prepare a technical report for Council. Pine Ontario Developments Ltd. submitted a rezoning application to allow a Medium Density 2 zone to facilitate the construction of a three-storey, 19-unit apartment building.
