Shadybrook and Stevenson developments

Located a Bronte St. S., the Shadybrook and Stevenson development application includes a rezoning application and Shadybrook draft subdivision proposal for a subdivision with 366 units.

Fieldgate developments

Located at Tremaine Rd. and Brittania Rd., the Fieldgate development application is on hold. This application includes a rezoning application and Fieldgate draft subdivision proposal for a subdivision with 806 units.

Mattamy/Milton Main Street Zoning

This development application includes an Official Plan amendment to redesignate a portion of these lands from a residential area to a major nod area, along with policies to allow a minimum height reduction for a commercial building.
