Bronte Street, between Steeles Avenue and Main Street, is being widened to support growth in the community. The Class Environmental Assessment study for this project was completed in 2017.
The roadway is designed as two through lanes (one in each direction) with a centre shared turn lane, an at-grade crossing with CP Rail, as well as a crossing of the Sixteen Mile Creek.
