Public Service Announcement

As the stay-at-home order ends on Feb. 16, and Halton Region enters the red-control zone, Milton is safely reopening select facilities and offering in-person services.

Town Hall
Starting Feb. 16, Town Hall will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday for the following in-person services:

  • Parking ticket payments
  • Tax payments
  • Transit tickets and passes
  • Halton Region SPLIT program tickets and passes
  • Development applications

Residents and businesses are encouraged to continue using the Town’s website to make online payments for various services including property taxes, transit fare and parking tickets.

Facility rentals

Select Town facilities will be opening for public access for rental clients and pre-registered participants and guardians.

  • Rentals (gyms, ice, floors, indoor turf) will be offered starting Feb. 16

Recreation programs

 Please note that recreation programs and select community facilities will reopen as per red-control zone guidelines:

  • Skills and drills only for teams, no scrimmages or games permitted
  • Fitness areas and classes are restricted to 10 participants indoors and 25 participants outdoors
  • Three metre spacing is required in weight rooms and fitness classes
  • Patrons are limited to 90 minutes in a facility, unless engaged in a sport
  • Staff will be screening patrons at the entrance of each Town facility

To help slow the spread of COVID-19, please limit trips outside of your home for essential purposes only. As Family Day weekend approaches, we remind you to avoid social gatherings and that families should not visit other households or allow visitors in their homes.
