Public Service Announcement

To support the efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Town Hall will close for walk-in service effective April 14, 2021, through the Stay-at-Home order. The Town will continue to serve residents and businesses through appointment only, online or by phone.

The following services are available by appointment only until further notice:

  • In-person development application inquiries
  • Marriage licences
  • Commissioner of Oaths/Commissioner for Taking Affidavits
  • Transit tickets and passes
  • Parking ticket payments (disputes must be completed online)
  • Property tax payments (no cash)

To book an appointment, please contact reception at 905-878-7252 ext. 0, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Residents and businesses are encouraged to continue using the Town’s website to make online payments for various services including parking tickets, transit tickets and passes and property taxes (through third parties).
