Be Head Safe While You Skate - Wear a Helmet!

Protect yourself by wearing a CSA-approved helmet during all Town of Milton drop-in skating programs. A helmet can reduce the risk of a head injury and make skating safer and more fun for everyone.

Wear the Proper Helmet: Safe skating starts with the right type of helmet. The Town of Milton recommends CSA-approved hockey helmets with a full face mask for skaters of all ages and abilities.

Set the Trend: Encourage your family and friends to be head safe, too! Set an example by being the first to strap on your helmet before you step onto the ice.
