 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Spinfit (Cardio) - Work out to the music on indoor cycling bikes. Space is limited; first-come, first-served.

Step (Cardio) - Learn step combinations using a raised platform with variations provided for all fitness levels. This cardiovascular workout also develops muscular strength and endurance.

Zumba® Fitness (Cardio) - We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Mind Body Flow (Mind/Body Connection) - Increase your flexibility and strength in this mind and body connection class with   breathing and relaxation exercises.

Body Sculpt (Muscle Conditioning) - Use equipment to improve strength, muscle definition and bone density - without the choreography. Formally Strength & Tone)

Boot Camp (Muscle Conditioning) - Incorporate athletic drills and body weight exercises for a fast-paced, interval-style workout.  For any and all fitness levels.

Core Strength (Muscle Conditioning) - Strengthen abdominal and back muscles with the use of tubing, free weights and body weight.

Quick Core (Muscle Conditioning) - Express your workout with this 25-minute class! Improve core strength and endurance by targeting
abdominal and lower back muscles.

Cardio Kickboxing (Total Body) - Jab, cross and kick your way to a great cardio and muscle conditioning workout.

Cardio Strength (Total Body) - Combine high/low impact moves and muscle conditioning exercises for a challenging workout.

Going Strong for Older Adults (Total Body) - This class is designed specifically for older adults, combining cardiovascular and strengthening exercises for a total body workout.

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) (Total Body) - This total body, aerobic and strength conditioning workout allows you to alternate short, high-intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover, to improve your endurance.  Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels.

Tabata (Total Body) - Tabata is an efficient, high-intensity, fast paced and fun workout! Improve your cardio, strength and endurance in just 30 minutes!

TRX® Body Blast (Total Body) - TRX® is a total-body fitness program that uses gravity against your own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. This system can be adapted to challenge any and all fitness levels.

Walk Fit (Total Body) - Cardio segments involve walking interspersed with muscle conditioning, using a variety of equipment.

 Notes:

  • Admission begins 30 minutes prior to class start time. First come, first served.
  • Wear proper running or walking shoes and athletic clothing.
  • All programs are located in the fitness studio, unless otherwise noted. 
  • Bring your own mat for Mind Body Flow classes.
  • Sign in at Customer Service before entering; entry tags are required.
  • Must be 14 years or older.
