CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels

Body Sculpt – Using various equipment and your own body weight to improve and build strength, muscle definition and bone density.

Bollywood Fitness - Spice up your fitness routine with an exciting, fast-paced, high-energy workout that will get your body moving. These classes incorporate Bhangra, a folk dance that stems from Punjab in Northern India.

Boot Camp – Incorporate athletic drills and body weight exercises for a fast-paced, interval-style all-encompassing workout. 

Cardio Kickboxing – A full body workout done through movements focusing on individual exercises that make up combinations of punches and athletic training.

Cardio Strength – Combine high/low impact movements and muscle conditioning exercises for a challenging cardiovascular and strength workout.

Core Strength – Focusing on strengthening your core and back muscles while using various equipment and your own body weight.

Fit for Life – Low impact aerobics at an easy to moderate pace interspersed by muscle conditioning, balancing and flexibility for overall health.

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) – Alternating between high intensity interval training and recovery time for optimal aerobic improvement.

Mind Body Flow – Increase your flexibility and strength in this mind and body connection class with breathing and relaxation exercises.

Run & Sculpt - Increase stamina and improve your cardiovascular system while on the track then challenge yourself with muscle conditioning for a full body workout.

Spinfit – Challenge yourself with intervals and endurance training on an indoor bike as you work through hills and sprints to improve your fitness level. Space is limited; first-come, first-served.

Spinfit & Sculpt – Challenge yourself with intervals and endurance training on an indoor bike then challenge yourself with muscle conditioning for a full body workout. Space is limited; first-come, first-served.

Step & Sculpt– Learn step combinations using a raised platform while alternating with resistance training.

TRX® - TRX® is a total-body fitness program that uses gravity against your own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Walk Fit - This class is designed for anyone looking for a low impact workout that combines cardiovascular and strengthening exercises to tone your whole body.

Zumba® Fitness – We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

  • Admission begins 30 minutes prior to class start time. First come, first served.
  • Wear proper running or walking shoes and athletic clothing.
  • All programs are located in the fitness studio, unless otherwise noted. 
  • Bring your own mat for Mind Body Flow classes.
  • Sign in at Customer Service before entering; entry tags are required.
  • Must be 14 years or older.
