How we’re keeping you safe

If visiting Town Hall for a scheduled appointment, you will notice that enhanced health and safety precautions are in place including plexiglass screens at the counter, as well as floor markings and signage to encourage physical distancing. A customer service representative will be on-site to assist with traffic flow and capacity limits. Visitors must wear a non-medical mask or face covering (some individuals and activities are exempt) and stay six feet apart from others.

Before visiting Town Hall or any Town facilities, please complete the following self-screening questionnaire:

• Are you experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing?
• Have you traveled outside Canada in the last 14 days?
• Have you or someone you have been in close contact with tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
• Have you been in close contact with someone who is being tested or has exhibited symptoms?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, please do not enter a Town of Milton facility. This checklist is not meant to take the place of medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
