On Oct. 7, 2026, the Town of Milton launched an updated website. The redesigned website improves how content is organized, displayed, and accessed, to help residents, businesses, and visitors get to the information they need faster.
What’s new:
Simpler navigation
Redesigned landing pages, organized menus, and clear page descriptions make it easier to browse popular topics and services.
Improved contact information
Contact details are easier to find, with clearer department descriptions, phone numbers, and contact form links. Check out the Contact Directory.
Expanded accessibility tools
The new website includes more options to adjust how content appears, including contrast, text size, text spacing, highlighted links, and more.
Quick links on pages
Many pages now include “What’s on this page” links, allowing you to jump directly to the section you need without scrolling through the full page.
Plain-language content
Website content has been rewritten to be clearer, more concise, and easier to understand.
Consistent page layouts
Standardized page templates create a more predictable experience across the website.
