Road and Driveway Permits

The Town of Milton has different roadway permits to suit your needs for your projects and events. 

Please note that the Town will not issue a permit for work within a regional road allowance. It is the applicant's responsibility to verify the road's jurisdiction before submitting an application. This applies to road occupancy permit work zones, as well as entrance permits for properties that front onto a regional road. Refunds will not be issued for applications submitted.
