Town of Milton to conduct phone survey to inform 2027 budget

The Town of Milton has partnered with Forum Research to conduct a telephone survey from Nov. 2 to Nov. 27, 2026, to gather feedback on the Town’s user fees, property taxes, and service levels.   

Residents may receive a call from a Forum Research interviewer. Participants are selected at random to help ensure a broad range of community perspectives are represented.  

Participation is voluntary, and the survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.  

Responses are anonymous and confidential. Individual responses will not be shared with the Town.  

By participating, residents can help inform Town decisions about community priorities and service delivery.
