Town of Milton launches refreshed website

The Town of Milton has launched its new and improved website, milton.ca, making it easier for residents, businesses, and visitors to access services, find information, and connect with the Town.

“It's important that our community can access information and services quickly and easily," said Kristene Scott, Commissioner, Corporate Services. "The refreshed website improves accessibility, simplifies navigation, and helps people successfully find what they're looking for, creating a better online experience."

The redesigned website features:

  • Enhanced search to help users find information faster.

  • Improved accessibility to support an inclusive online experience.

  • Simplified language to make information easier to understand.

  • A responsive mobile-friendly design and a consistent layout across all pages, making it easy to access from any device.

Residents and other user groups are encouraged to explore the website to experience the improvements and update bookmarked pages they may have previously saved.

External search engines, such as Google, may take a few days to index the refreshed pages, so users may temporarily notice outdated links or errors in search results.

The parks and facilities module is currently experiencing service interruptions. This is an issue impacting multiple municipal websites. Our vendor is actively working on a resolution.

The new website is part of the Town’s commitment to invest in technology to improve the customer experience. As Milton continues to grow, investments in digital services help ensure residents can connect with the Town quickly, easily, and efficiently.
