Financial reports 

The annual financial report provide an overview of the Town’s financial performance, including assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses. Financial statements are prepared in accordance with Canadian public sector accounting standards.

Asset management plan 

The Asset Management Plan outlines how the Town manages infrastructure over the long term. It includes information on asset condition, service levels, lifecycle planning, and funding requirements. 

Fiscal impact study 

The Fiscal Impact Study shows how growth and development affect the Town’s finances. It connects land use planning with budgeting by identifying the costs of infrastructure and services, and the revenues generated by growth.
