Overview

If you want someone else to access your property tax information or act on your behalf, you must complete a letter of authorization. Under privacy protection rules, the Town of Milton can only share property tax details with a third party when the property owner has given written permission.

A Letter of Authorization gives the Town permission to communicate with the individual you have designated regarding your property tax account. Without this written authorization, Town staff are unable to discuss or disclose your property tax information to anyone other than the registered property owner.
