Compliance and Property Information

A compliance and property information request provides information about a property's status and history. These requests are commonly submitted during real estate transactions to help buyers, sellers, lawyers, and real estate professionals better understand a property before a sale is completed.

The report may include information related to zoning, heritage status, permits, inspections, and any outstanding property-related matters on file with the Town. Before submitting your request, review the required application process and the information available through the report.
