News release

The Town of Milton recently partnered with ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development and iCan Shine (a non-profit organization) to support inclusive cycling for children with disabilities through the iCan Bike program.

iCan Shine collaborates with local organizations to host five-day camps in their communities. Over 35 children ages 8 and up participated in the program at John Tonelli Sports Centre in Milton. All participants had the chance to reach their goal of independent cycling on a conventional two-wheel bicycle using adapted equipment.
