Older adults property tax deferral program

There are two tax deferral programs available in Milton.

Halton Region's Older Adults Property Tax Deferral Program

If you are at least 65 years old and own a home in Milton, you may qualify for Halton Region’s Older Adults Property Tax Deferral Program. The program allows you to defer your annual property taxes and interest fee.

Deferral of Property Tax Increases for Low-income Seniors or Low-income Persons with Disabilities

You can apply for the Deferral of Property Tax Increases for Low-income Seniors and Low-income Persons with Disabilities. Complete the application form and submit it to Town Hall, located at 150 Mary St.
