About the program

Windrows are piles of snow left at the bottom of driveways after a snowplow passes. The removal service begins when snowfall on the roadway exceeds 10 cm (four inches), and only after the Town of Milton has finished plowing all roads.

Depending on the number of registrants, windrow removal may take up to 36 hours after all roads are plowed.
