Milton Town Council
Councillors are elected by the residents of the Town for a four-year term. Town Councillors represent each of the four Town wards and are responsible for making decisions around issues pertaining to Milton. Regional Councillors represent each of the four Town wards and in addition to being members of the Town Council, they also represent Milton as members of Halton Regional Council.

Issues related to diversity, inclusion, youth, affordable housing and seniors continue to be Councillor Ali’s focus. Her hobbies include running, playing badminton and soccer, political volunteering and cooking. Currently, she resides in the Willmott neighbourhood of Ward 4 with her loving husband and four beautiful children. |

Councillor Ali holds a Masters Degree in International Relations/PR. Professionally she has over 15 years of experience in managing multi-lingual PR and marketing campaigns for clients all over the world.
