Reconstruction of Morobel Drive from Steeles Avenue East to the end and Pearl Street from Commercial Street to Sixteen Mile Creek includes the removal and replacement of pavement, road base and subbase, subdrain installation, curb installation, new sidewalk installation on Pearl Street, and new storm sewers on both streets.
