Construction notice

This project includes:

  • Localized storm sewer pipe and structure rehabilitation
  • Curb and sidewalk replacement
  • Concrete road base repairs
  • Full-depth base and surface course asphalt replacement

Location

Ontario Street, from Main Street East to Laurier Avenue

Schedule

Oct. 15, 2025, to Oct. 31, 2025

Lane Closures

There will be no full road closures during this stage. However, localized lane closures will be required, including night work at intersections. 

Stage 2A – Oct. 15 to late October 

  • Southbound lanes from Oak Street/Childs Drive to Donald Campbell Avenue will be closed
  • Southbound traffic will be diverted into the northbound lanes

Once Stage 2A is complete, all lanes will reopen before Stage 3 begins.
