Fare purchases in the Transit app will end June 16

As of June 16, 2026, Milton Transit fares will no longer be available for purchase in the Transit app. Fares purchased within the app before this date will remain available until used.

Riders can continue to purchase tickets and passes using:

The Token Transit app (available on mobile devices)

Ticket agents

Exact cash when boarding the bus

How to purchase Milton Transit fares with a mobile device

Visit the Google Play or App Store to download the Token Transit app.

Select a Milton Transit fare type. Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is required to purchase a pass.

When you are ready to ride, tap your pass to activate it. All passes are stored in your Token Transit account. Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is required to activate a stored pass.

As you board the bus, show the Milton Transit operator your digital ticket.
