Public service announcement

The Town of Milton is encouraging residents to provide input into the design of one new park development, Walker Neighbourhood Park, and two park redevelopments, Baldwin Park and Chris Hadfield Park, from May 24-June 7 on Let’s Talk Milton, the Town’s online engagement platform.

Get involved

Parks are shared spaces built for the community, with the community in mind. The Town invites residents to share their feedback on the proposed concepts for each park:

  • Baldwin Park (191 Wilson Dr.) – survey
  • Chris Hadfield Park (1 Chris Hadfield Way) – survey
  • Walker Neighbourhood Park (1325 Kovachik Blvd.) – survey

Each park’s design will take place throughout 2022 and construction is forecasted to begin in spring 2023 and be completed in fall 2023, subject to Council’s approval.

Parks are an important part of the community. The Town looks forward to adding to its park inventory and making enhancements for the community to get active, recreate, socialize and connect with nature.
