News release

The Town of Milton is celebrating Youth Week sponsored by Milton Hydro, from May 1-7, with activities and events, including a ceremony to honour this year’s Youth Award winners.

Each year, the Milton Youth Task Force (MYTF) recognizes the valuable contributions of youth through the Milton youth awards. As a future generation of leaders, it’s important to recognize youth, and youth-focused organizations, for the positive impacts they have in the community. The MYTF is hosting an award presentation ceremony, with Mayor Gord Krantz, on May 6 at the FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton.

The Town is pleased to share and congratulate this year’s recipients, and especially thank our MYTF for leading this important initiative.
