Back to SearchThe Town of Milton has initiated a Secondary Plan program and Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) process for lands identified as the Agerton Secondary Plan.
Purpose
This study will build on existing background studies to establish a detailed planning framework and development concept for the plan area’s infrastructure and land use.
Study process
The study will address the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment requirements for planning and layout of any arterial or major collector roads in the plan area, fulfilling Phases 1 and 2 of the Class EA Process.
Public Information Centre (PIC)
The Town of Milton invites you to a Public Information Centre about the Secondary Plan program and Class EA process for the Agerton Secondary Plan Area.
This session will present existing conditions in the study area and provide the public with the updated Secondary Plan, which will also be presented to Council at a Statutory Public Meeting after the PIC.
We encourage you to attend, ask questions, and share your comments with Town staff and the project team.
