TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Milton passed By-law 040-2026, to amend
Development Charges By-law No. 045-2021, on the 11th day of May, 2026 under subsection 19(1.1) of the
Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended;

AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Milton passed Development Charges
By-law No. 041-2026 on the 11th day of May, 2026 under section 2(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997,
S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended;

AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal under Section 14
of the Act, in respect of the development charges by-law(s), by filing with the Clerk of the Town of Milton, 150
Mary Street, Milton Ontario, L9T 6Z5, on or before the 22nd day of June, 2026, a notice of appeal setting out
the objection to the by-law(s) and the reasons supporting the objection.

A key map has been provided to identify the locations in which the area specific stormwater management
charges apply. Please note that the municipal wide charges are applicable to all lands located within the
geographic limits of the Town of Milton.

Interested parties are encouraged to view the full development charge by-law(s) on the Town of Milton website. A copy of the complete by-laws can alternatively be made available for examination at the Town
