Take notice that The Corporation of the Town of Milton, pursuant to Section 48 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Ch. 25 and Town policy No.135 as amended, intends to enact a by-law to rename Rothbury Gate to Yaworski Gate. The affected properties are: 1551, 1555, 1559, 1563, 1567, 1571, 1575, 1560, 1564 Rothbury Gate as identified in the map below.

Any person who considers that they will be adversely affected by this street name change must provide notice in writing on or before Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, by mail to Town Clerk, The Town of Milton, 150 Mary St., Milton, ON, L9T 6Z5, or by email.

Any person requiring details of this street renaming, please contact Development Services. The proposed by-law and any submissions will be considered by the Council of the Town of Milton on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, at 7 p.m.
