Road closure notice: Milton Heights Crescent

Construction notice

To support redevelopment in Milton Heights, the developer, Milton Meadows Property Ltd., is completing road reconstruction along Milton Heights Crescent within the Town of Milton. A full road closure will be in place, with local access maintained for affected residents.

Milton Heights Crescent from 3 Side Rd. to 29 Milton Heights Cres.

Road closure dates

Local residents directly affected by the closure will receive notices. Local access only for residents within the closure limits will be maintained at all times.

The construction phasing and anticipated timelines are listed below:

• Phase 1: May 26 - June 23:
  • Full closure from 3 Side Rd. to 17 Milton Height Cres.
• Phase 2: June 23- July 26:
  • Full closure from 17 Milton Heights Cres. to 29 Milton Heights Cres.

Traffic will be detoured via Tremaine Road.
