The Town of Milton has launched a new Property Tax Portal, giving property owners a secure, convenient, and efficient way to manage property tax information online.
Registered users can access the portal 24/7 to:

View current and previous property tax details

Check account balances

Review past payments and transaction history (as of Jan. 1, 2026)

Print statements, bills, and adjustment notices
-
Sign up for eBilling
-
Update mailing address
-
Enrol in or cancel an Autopay plan

Change banking information for Autopay
“The Property Tax Portal reflects the Town’s commitment to improving service and expanding digital access for our residents,” said Glen Cowan, Chief Financial Officer, Town of Milton. “In just a few clicks, registered property owners can securely and conveniently access and manage their tax information.”
Promotion of the portal, including details related to the registration process, will occur in phases. This month, previous eBilling customers will be invited to register and begin using the platform. Broader promotion of the portal is planned for later this summer.
The new Property Tax Portal is part of the Town’s ongoing digital transformation efforts and customer experience goals, helping modernize services and improve online access for residents.
