Back to SearchAdvance voting for the Town of Milton’s Ward 1 by-election will take place on Friday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The by-election will be held on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025.

- Sherwood Community Centre - 6355 Main St. W.
- Nassagaweya Tennis Centre and Community Hall – 9267 Guelph Line
Voter eligibility
You can vote in the Ward 1 by-election if you are:
- A Canadian citizen;
- At least 18 years old;
- A resident of Ward 1; or
- Not a resident of the Town of Milton, but you or your spouse own or rent property in Ward 1; and
- Not otherwise prohibited from voting by law.
Voter identification
Ward 1 voters are reminded to bring their voter notification card and identification that shows their name and address. Eligible voters who have not received a voter notification card can still vote by providing identification that includes their name and Ward 1 address.
